Position: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
About: Liebherr-America, Inc., an international company with a successful presence in the United States, is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support the organization on administrative duties at its Newport News facility. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for visitors, coordinating conference rooms, managing catering, travel arrangements, and mail services.
Requirements: A high school diploma/certification or GED and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a receptionist position or related field; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet for office supply procurement; ability to operate postage machines, fax, and copiers; strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail; valid driver’s license
