Position: Real Estate Director
About: Salt Lake County, a government entity in Utah, is seeking a Director for its Real Estate Division. The County aims to manage and optimize its real property to benefit the community and ensure operational excellence. The Director will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align division activities with countywide policies and strategic objectives.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a closely related field; seven (7) years of related real estate experience; experience in large-scale property and/or asset management, public/private partnership development, and team management; successful background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in the continuous RAP Back program
