Position: PT Bartender
About: The establishment is seeking a Bartender for the PM shift (4 pm to close) responsible for setting up the bar area, preparing drinks, serving beverages and food, maintaining bar cleanliness, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction, and managing liquor inventory.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; 1-2 years of experience; must meet minimum state requirements for serving alcohol; alcohol awareness certification and food service permit may be required; ability to work long hours including nights and weekends; capable of exerting physical effort and standing for the entire shift; clear communication skills; quick decision-making abilities; adept at handling stressful situations, guest complaints, and problem-solving; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and assimilate complex information; effective at listening, understanding, and resolving concerns with team members and guests; familiarity with financial information and basic arithmetic
