Position: Production Supervisor (Night Shift)
About: Easy Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. The Production Supervisor will lead a team of cross-functional associates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Continuous improvement is a key focus in this role. The supervisor will also be responsible for training associates and implementing and enforcing company policies and strategies.
Requirements: An undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering, basic sciences, or business-related disciplines; Two (2) years of production environment experience; Two (2) years of leadership experience; Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SQF; Clear communication skills; Ability to work collaboratively with varying levels and functions within the organization; Successful completion of a drug and background screening
