Position: Production Baker (Swing Shift)
About: Grand Central Bakery is seeking bakers for our high-volume production bakery to produce rustic breads and pastries. No experience necessary, training provided. This physical role requires a passion for artisan baking in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; Maintains food handler’s card; Working knowledge of and ability to speak and understand basic English preferred; Basic math skills required; Ability to stand for eight-hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds regularly; 1+ year(s) professional baking experience preferred (not required); Must have reliable transportation
