Seeking Product Experts with strong communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a willingness to learn to contribute to our success during the program period from Jan 13th, 2025, to April 15th, 2025.
Requirements: High School graduate; Basic knowledge of tax laws and concepts preferred; Experience in providing customer support in call center environment; Comfortable using chat support; Ability to adhere to work schedules and work 30 hours per week; Must reside in the USA; Passed background and tech check for certification; Possess Windows computer meeting specified hardware requirements
