Position: Product Support Specialist – REMOTE Opportunity!
About: GigCX Marketplace is partnering with Teleperformance TurboTax to assist individuals in filing their taxes more efficiently. Product experts play a significant role in ensuring positive customer experiences by demonstrating exceptional communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High school graduate; basic knowledge of tax laws and concepts preferred; experience in providing support in a call center environment with chat functionality; ability to work 30 hours per week; must reside in the USA; pass background and tech checks for certification; have necessary hardware requirements including a Windows computer (excluding Mac and Chromebooks), Windows 10 or 11, AMD or Intel Core Series processor, at least 8GB RAM, webcam, wired mouse, USB headset, and wired internet connection; no conflicts of interest with Column Tax or Intuit Vendors
