Position: Product Manager, Customer Service
About: Netflix is one of the world’s leading entertainment services, with millions of paid memberships globally, offering TV series, films, and games in various genres and languages. The Customer Service Technology team at Netflix is dedicated to improving the Help Center platform to ensure seamless customer support experiences.
Requirements: 7+ years of product management experience in consumer products; deep understanding of Customer Service business and prior experience managing a Help Center site; quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; exceptional multitasking abilities and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively; ability to make strategic decisions using data and judgment; demonstrated organizational leadership and influence; outstanding written and verbal communication skills; experience with customer service and global products is a plus; strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and data analysis techniques; experience with user research and user experience design principles; ability to interpret data and drive actionable improvements for the Help Center platform; experience with GenAI chat technologies to enhance customer support interactions
