Position: Private Event Sales Manager
About: AREA15, a cutting-edge entertainment venue in Las Vegas, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue through corporate and private event sales. The Sales Manager will play a key role in enhancing guest experiences by executing sales strategies, implementing marketing initiatives, and collaborating with various teams. This position requires creativity, innovation, and a good understanding of the Las Vegas market.
Requirements: Applicants must be 21 years of age or older; proof of eligibility to work in the United States; minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales in entertainment, music events, hotel, or attraction industry with a strong track record of success; Las Vegas experience preferred; established relationships with key hospitality management in Las Vegas are ideal; team player with strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, data-driven, with high financial literacy; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and collaborate with multiple business units; current or recent business and market experience directing sales for both group and leisure segments; physical ability to lift 25lbs, stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods; proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus; ability to problem solve and collaborate on innovative solutions; ability to work on multiple projects at the same time; ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected quality; ability to commute between office and venue(s); availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to work in an environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke; must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat, and sun exposure
