Position: Prep Cook job

Requirements: Must have a cook’s level of food preparation knowledge and 4 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen; Food Safety Certification required or attained within 4 months; Strong verbal communication skills; Knowledge of safe food handling practices and knife skills; Teamwork skills; Willingness to continually learn and improve; Ability to follow instructions, multitask and make decisions; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Ability to memorize recipes and orders; Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift, excluding breaks
