Position: Premium Concierge

The Premium Concierge role at Ball Arena involves providing customer service for guests, addressing ticketing issues, assisting fans with inquiries, and ensuring a premium experience in designated spaces within the arena.
Requirements: Minimum of one year service-related, concierge, or hospitality experience; exceptional customer service skills; positive, energetic, and self-motivated; diplomatic and professional demeanor; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work a varied, part-time schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
