Position: Porter for Luxury Residential Building (Full-Time)
About: Adamas Building and Adamas Security in East Orange, NJ is seeking an experienced Custodian/Porter to join their successful team. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in the building, responding to cleaning issues, and ensuring the premises are well-kept inside and out.
Requirements: Weekly pay; Able to lift 50 pounds; Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; Must be reliable and professional; 1-2 years custodial or porter experience; Good interpersonal and great verbal communication skills to interact with other teammates, residents, and property management; Ideal candidates must be punctual and a team player.
