Position: Pool Concierge
About: Life Time is a wellness and fitness company dedicated to delivering the highest quality customer service to all members and guests, particularly at the outdoor pool. The Pool Concierge plays a vital role in professional greetings, account maintenance, and product knowledge.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; CPR and First Aid certified; minimum of 6 months customer service experience; ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours at a time; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet; ability to work outside in the summer months for a minimum of 4 hours at a time
