Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is highly desirable; exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential; strong attention to detail and effective multitasking abilities; ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively; high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality maintenance.
