Position: PATIENT ACCESS SERVICE REP, FH – BMH CLINIC – DERMATOLOGY
About: Froedtert Health, located at the Froedtert BlueMound Clinics facility in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, is seeking a Patient Access Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting. Froedtert Health is part of a regional health network in partnership with the Medical College of Wisconsin, offering cutting-edge medical care, research, and education in eastern Wisconsin.
Requirements: A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or in a customer service field is required; High School diploma or equivalent is preferred; Effective communication skills, ability to multi-task, strong proactive organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred
