Position: Pastry Sous Chef – FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES
About: Eataly Net USA, LLC is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to oversee the production of pastries such as Italian pasticcini, cakes, desserts, cookies, candies, and other dolci. This role reports directly to the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef de Cuisine, managing a pastry team in an Eataly establishment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in pastry production and management; strong leadership and organizational skills
