Requirements: Thorough understanding of pastry fundamentals; ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment while maintaining quality, detail, and composure; punctual with strong time management skills; ability to carry out directives accurately; sense of urgency; minimum one year of experience in the pastry kitchen; ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English; working knowledge of standard kitchen machinery, tools, and equipment; willingness to perform additional duties as assigned; Serve Safe certified; positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively; genuine passion for providing high-quality goods and hospitality; knowledge of food service regulations and proper food handling; excellent customer service and organizational skills; professional appearance and adherence to standards; strong desire for personal and professional growth; comfortable in a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule for full-time (30+ hours per week) including mornings, nights, and weekends
