Position: Part-Time Bartender
About: Portland’s only riverfront country club with an unrivaled culture of year-round golf and spirited experiences that bring active families and friends closer together, Waverley Country Club is currently seeking a part-time Bartender to join our team. We are looking for individuals with a positive, outgoing personality that can make top-notch cocktails in an efficient manner. Candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends and willing to work flexible hours. The starting pay rate is $22.00 per hour. Waverley is a non-tipping club. In lieu of tips, we offer access to the golf course, and use of kayaks and/or paddle boards for the river on Mondays, meals during scheduled shifts. Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; Must be able to work evenings, weekends; Knowledge of common cocktails, wine, and beer; Must have a current Food Handlers Card and OLCC permit; Ability to lift a minimum of 30-45 pounds consistently; Maintain a high level of service during both busy and slow hours; Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
