Position: On Premise Festival and Event Manager
About: Reporting to the Sr. Manager of On Premise Marketing, the position is responsible for the development, management, production, and success of all regional sponsored festivals and On Premise Events. Working closely with various departments and external partners, the role focuses on enhancing the company’s presence within the festival and On Premise event landscape, ensuring quality event execution and driving brand image improvement and consumer engagement metrics.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in live event production and understanding of experiential marketing; Festival experience required; Experience creating large-scale programs, campaigns, or projects; Negotiation and budget management experience; Project Management experience; Must have a valid Driver’s License; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience; Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
