On-Call Concierge

Four Seasons, a luxury hotel located at 300 South Doheny Drive, is seeking a Guest Service/Front Desk Agent to join their team. As a Concierge at Four Seasons, the successful candidate will assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions, arrange transportation and reservations for guests, ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly, maintain a clean lobby area, and collaborate with other hotel staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
