Position: Oahu Hotel Concierge – Sales & Activities (FT)

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience required; prior experience in tourism/hospitality/travel field highly preferred; exceptional sales and customer service skills highly preferred; knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands highly preferred; ability to grasp customer requirements and cater to individual needs; excellent verbal and written communication skills required; basic computer literacy required; able to speak, read, and write in English required; able to speak, read, and write in Japanese preferred; experience using a POS system – Al Desk highly preferred; ability to relocate to Honolulu, HI 96815 before starting work required
