Position: Nutrition Services Assistant Director
About: Under the direction of the Nutrition Services Director, the Long Beach Unified School District is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in planning and directing the operations and activities of the District’s Nutrition Services department. The role involves supervising and evaluating staff performance while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; possession of a valid California Class C driver’s license; Food Safety Manager certificate; eight hours of food safety training within five years; experience in food service management; strong organizational and leadership skills
