Position: Nursing Director

The Resident Care Director (RCD)/ Director of Nursing/Nursing Director at Sunrise of Park Ridge leads and manages health and wellness, care coordination, and services for residents within the community, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care programs.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current RN license; minimum 2 years RN experience with at least 1 year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care; minimum 1 year nursing management experience; CPR and First Aid certification; knowledge of nursing practices, infection control, and clinical data analysis; ability to manage budgets and lead team development; computer proficiency; flexibility to work varied hours as needed for resident care
