Position: Mixologist & Wine Bartender
About: Scratch Gourmet Express is seeking a qualified Bartender to provide customers with an exceptional guest experience, making beverage recommendations based on their needs and preferences to enhance the bar’s profitability. The ideal candidate will excel in preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly and professional communication.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years bartending experience required; experience in a craft environment is a plus; advanced wine knowledge is a plus; knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages; a bartending certificate is a plus; basic computer and math skills; strong teamwork and communication skills; professional and positive disposition; ability to keep the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized; flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
