Position: Membership Concierge Leader

The Membership Concierge Leader plays a key role in leading the Membership Concierge Team to deliver excellence in guest experience, service execution, and member retention aligned with Life Time’s premium brand values. This position involves fostering value-based relationships, connecting members and guests to programs and services that support their healthy lifestyle goals.
Requirements: High level of skill in written and verbal communication, customer service, service recovery, business planning, process management, expense and revenue tracking, team building, and sales; 3+ years of managerial experience, customer service experience, sales experience, and achieving budget goals; CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
