Position: Membershiip Concierge- Opening Shift
About: Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver top-quality customer service to members and guests. This role serves as the initial point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and valued experience for all visitors. By fostering relationships and promoting club programs, events, and policies, the Membership Concierge I enhances member loyalty and supports healthy lifestyle goals in a vibrant work environment.
Requirements: Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience; Complete Concierge Certification upon hire; Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week; Commitment to serve others; Effective communication skills; Passion for living a healthy way of life; Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment; Must have good verbal communication; Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
