Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. required; minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative support role or one-year degree/diploma in a related program with one-year experience; associate’s degree in a related program; proficiency in meeting management, calendar coordination, document preparation, and software utilization; strong organizational, communication, interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing environments, and maintain confidentiality; experience with travel coordination and expense management; familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy/physiology (may be required); proficiency in English grammar, punctuation, and computer skills; recent work experience preferred.
