Position: Marketing Events Coordinator
About: Responsible for leading the planning and execution of corporate and community events for physicians, executives, hospital staff, and the community at Erlanger. Collaborates with Marketing, Public Relations, and Business Development departments, assisting with high-level meetings and events. Requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and community engagement.
Requirements: Two years of college or equivalent work experience; Bachelor’s Degree in PR, marketing, communications, hospitality management or related field preferred; Minimum five years of event planning experience; Excellent communication, computer, organization, and project management skills; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; Self-starter with a focus on quality; Experience with event execution; Preferred: License/Certification/Registration
