Position: MARKETING- Brand Manager
About: Sherwin-Williams, a leading paint and coatings company, is seeking a Strategic Brand Manager to lead branding initiatives for Minwax within their Consumer Brands portfolio. This role involves developing and executing compelling communication campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive consumer demand.
Requirements: Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Communications, Digital Marketing, or Product Marketing with a proven track record of results; At least 3 years of experience with P&L and budgeting; Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or coaching experience; Strong understanding of the marketing mix; Self-starter with high professionalism and attention to detail; Proven leadership skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities; Strategic and critical thinking skills; Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively; Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach; Ability to motivate cross-functional teams; Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; Excellent decision-making and analytical/problem-solving skills; Knowledge of or ability to learn new technology systems like Office 365 and invoicing systems.
