Position: Management Systems Manager of Accreditation
About: ANAB is the largest multi-disciplinary accreditation body in North America with offices in Washington, D.C., and Fort Wayne, IN. They work with government regulators, organizations, and industry leaders worldwide to ensure health and safety, environmental protection, and quality of goods and services. ANAB operates multiple accreditation programs across various standards, providing a significant role in assessment and accreditation activities. The position of ANAB Manager of Accreditation involves managing accreditation programs, conducting assessments, and ensuring conformance with international standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field related to management systems standards; 5+ years of conformity assessment, standardization, or quality assurance experience; project management experience with diverse stakeholders; range of assessment experience in accreditation requirements; ability to lead teams and projects; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; understanding of quality principles; strong writing and communication skills; capacity for continuous learning and change management; ability to work under pressure and collaborate within a team
