Requirements: High school diploma or a combination of experience and education; may require facility maintenance, electrical, or painting experience depending on the job assignment; valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address; ability to work special shift requirements as needed; strong oral and written communication skills; customer service orientation; adaptability to changing work environments; sound judgment and professionalism; physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand, walk, and perform various maintenance tasks; proficiency in English language
