Position: Maintenance HVAC Technician
About: EMCOR Facilities Services (EFS) provides services for over 1 billion square feet of commercial space across the United States, catering to various sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, transportation, and education.
Requirements: HS diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent professional experience in Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.); 5 or more years of HVAC experience in Commercial/Industrial/Manufacturing service; ability to read and comprehend instructions, write reports, present information effectively, maintain knowledge of OSHA standards, hold EPA Universal certification, possess applicable certifications, licenses, and valid driver’s license, strong interpersonal and customer service skills
