Position: Lounge Bartender / Server

Requirements: Set up bar; Break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly; Accept drink orders in proper calling order; Make cocktails following Beverage Standards; Follow all check handling procedures and credit card policies; Complete opening and closing duties as per checklist; Check and replace glassware; Stock and replenish ice at ice stations; Clean floors and trashcans at the end of each shift; Responsible for inventory and rotation of soda and juices stock; Stock and replenish beer in bottles and kegs when necessary
