This position involves key activation, guest communication, luggage handling, guest assistance, and ensuring guest satisfaction by providing information and assistance throughout their stay.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; ability to follow company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and prioritize guest needs; good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry objects up to 25 pounds without assistance; fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for manipulating objects; willingness to perform various tasks as assigned by supervisors.
