Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience; 2-3 years’ experience as a Box Office manager; strong knowledge of customer service, computer operations, and ticketing systems; experience in staff management and guest relations; ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively; excellent communication and leadership skills
