Position: Line Server – Barista
About: Starbucks is seeking individuals to join their team and contribute to providing legendary customer service. The role involves creating the Starbucks Experience by delivering prompt service, quality beverages, and maintaining a clean store environment. The responsibilities include barista duties, cleanliness maintenance, and adherence to operational standards as outlined by Starbucks Development System.
Requirements: Physical and Mental: Requires frequent kneeling, bending, flexing, and rotation. Must lift, push, and pull up to 40lbs, reach, and extend hands and arms. Maintaining regular attendance, flexibility for varied work hours, compliance with operational policies, engagement with customers, adherence to dress code, and ability to perform various tasks within the store. Work/Educational Experience: Friendly and professional demeanor, adherence to Starbucks values, continuous learning mindset, basic food service knowledge, certification by relevant authorities, team player, minimum age of 18 and obtaining necessary licenses.
