Position: Line Cook job
About: The Daniel Island Club is a private club located in Charleston providing year-round family-friendly recreation for an active and diverse membership. The club offers amenities like 36 holes of nationally ranked golf, a 65,000 square foot clubhouse with dining options, pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a fitness facility.
Requirements: Minimum three (3) years training as a Cook or equivalent work experience; works from verbal and written instructions and communicates well with coworkers and supervisors; must have working knowledge of basic culinary techniques (fry, steam, sauté, broil, deep fry, bake, etc.); must have basic knife handling skills (small dice, julienne, allumette, etc.); must be able to use various kitchen equipment such as convection ovens, gas ranges, salamanders, broilers, deep fryers, flat top, grills, slicers, and rice cookers.
