Position: Line Cook job
About: Twin Peaks, a restaurant located at 7325 W. Taft St., is currently seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to join their team. As a Line Cook at Twin Peaks, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and quality standards, setting up and stocking stations, ensuring timely and high-quality food service, adhering to nutrition and sanitation regulations, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with colleagues and customers. Additionally, assistance with kitchen cleaning and organization is required. Hiring for this position is immediate.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong communication skills
