Requirements: HS diploma/GED; Strong optical and retail experience; Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise; Strong communicator and listener; Strong interpersonal skills; Strong basic math skills; Sales skills; Problem-solving ability; Familiarity with cash register, computers, and calculators; Leadership and training experience; Edging and mounting experience; Basic optics knowledge and optical measurement experience
