About: Capital Manor Retirement in Salem, Oregon is currently seeking a Lead Line Cook to join their team. The retirement community is undergoing a renovation of its Food & Beverage facilities and is looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of progressive cooking experience in hotels, restaurants, clubs, or hospitals.
Requirements: 2-3 years of progressive cooking experience in hotels, restaurants, clubs, or hospitals; Culinary education and supervisory background preferred; Weekend availability essential; Positive attitude and teamwork mentality
