Position: Lead Bartender
About: The Portland Regency Hotel & Spa, a beautiful Historic Hotel of America located in the heart of Portland’s Old Port District, is seeking a Lead Bartender to join their team. The position entails professionally greeting guests, selling, preparing, and serving cocktails and light fare, and assisting with closing responsibilities, inventory, and ordering sheet requisitions.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; strong knowledge of drink recipes, presentation, and bar operations; TIPS Certification required
