Position: Lead Bartender

Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as a bartender; proven track record of excellence in preparing cocktails and customer service; knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques; strong communication and leadership skills; organizational abilities in inventory management and cost monitoring; ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks; knowledge of alcohol service and safety regulations; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; physically capable of lifting 40 pounds and performing demanding tasks; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; collaborative and positive team player
