Requirements: Degree in Business and/or equivalent; two years management or supervisory position in a restaurant or VIP/luxury theatre concept; experience in a high-volume hospitality environment; completion of management certification program; SDS trained; food handlers card where applicable; ServSafe Food Manager Certification; familiarity with Regal Operations Manual
