Job Description

The Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine (GCCM) is seeking a Kitchen Manager, Operations to provide organizational and kitchen support. The role involves working closely with the Director of Operations and Assistant Program Director to ensure the achievement of the center's mission and goals. Responsibilities include orientating, training, overseeing, and delegating tasks to interns, volunteers, residents, and students. The Kitchen Manager will also support culinary medicine classes for various audiences and manage kitchen production, operational tasks, and sanitation standards. This position is in charge of food and kitchen supply purchasing, inventory, and safe storage for the Center.
