About: Zazzo’s Pizza is seeking a knowledgeable and organized Food Menu Specialist to join their team. The role involves mastering all food menus, supporting and guiding staff during busy periods, understanding labor and cost of goods sold budgeting, proficient in Excel usage, and creating schedules based on business demands for timely order production.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; familiarity with food handling and basset certification; experience in creating schedules and managing inventory; proficiency in Excel; ability to work flexible hours based on business needs
