Position: Kitchen Manager job

The role involves overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food service quality and safety, and leading a team of Food Service Workers and Cooks.
Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 21 years of age; 10 years of kitchen/cooking experience required, along with kitchen management experience; ServSafe Certification; Knowledge and experience managing and applying kitchen sanitation and safety standards and methods; Knowledge of basic accounting and mathematical abilities to complete necessary reports; Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred
