Position: Kitchen Assistant
About: The Hampden County Sheriff’s Office is seeking an experienced Kitchen Assistant to collaborate with Resident Food Service workers in the institution and staff kitchens, ensuring smooth daily operations, food preparation, meal distribution, proper delivery, labeling, storage of food and equipment, inventory management, and adherence to sanitation and cleanliness policies.
Requirements: Minimum of one year experience in hospitality, culinary, or institutional serving; Must be Serv-Safe certified or certifiable; Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; Must be able to work flexible hours and varying shifts.
