Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail and ability to multitask; knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation; basic math skills for handling transactions
