Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting; Minimum of 3 years leading large-scale HR transformation projects; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in designing and implementing HR operating models; Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Energy Industry
