Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, provides a comprehensive education and support for students from pre-K through 12th grade, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school is fully endowed, offering a nurturing family-like environment in on-campus student homes for 8-12 students, and is currently seeking dedicated married couples to become flex houseparents.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses.
